Our third project for this family involved remodeling the master suite. We eliminated the small existing closet to gain bedroom space and changed the bed placement to take advantage of incredible downtown views. We removed the 3rd floor bathroom and converted it to a walk-in closet for the bedroom. For the existing master bathroom, we created a more functional bath/shower combination, added proper storage and installed a his and hers vanity. During the course of construction, the owners elected to have us remodel the outdated fireplace to reflect their modern taste.
